KC5010 Component: An advanced PVDAlTiN coated material with an unalloyed carbide matrix that is highly resistant to deformation. This new and improved coating can increase cutting speeds by 50-100%.
Application: KC5010 is ideal for finishing to general purpose machining of a wide range of workpiece materials with higher cutting speeds. KC5010 has excellent performance in stable machining of a wide range of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and superalloys. It also performs well in the machining of hardened materials and short-chip materials.
